Sam and I have been pledging our love for each other in the sand for decades now. It is written there until the tide wipes it away but the important people saw it, us.
I teach Co-Creation leaders to say it out loud and write it down. Too people imagine that thinking about their intentions and dreams is enough, but it simply isn't. You have to dare to share what is filling your heart and imagination to the brim. The shared intention gains momentum and progress. The shared dreams allows for someone else to join us in accomplishing the impossible. The shouted belief reminds us on days of weakness and frailty that we have thought powerful thoughts in the past and we will experience those thoughts again in the future.
You see life is a team sport. Co-Creation teaches you some of the principles that you may have missed along the way. When we were younger sticking with your friends and working together were clearly shared truths but with age we "learned" some lessons that really don't serve us in reaching our full potential. We need to "re-learn" to welcome maximizing our greatness by multiplying it against the greatness of our team members.
Are you feeling isolated and unsupported?
Come out of your protective isolation and join the impassioned leaders who resonate with your strongly held beliefs.
Embrace utilizing your strengths at your full measure of greatness.
Turn the volume up on your intentions and dreams and witness how many others wish to harmonize with your message.
Let go of working on your weaknesses, you have team members who hold these as strengths. Life is too short to be constantly improving our mediocrity, maximize your unique greatness within a team.
Dare to believe in your own ability to redefine your own future.
Dare to welcome others in to assist you in doing so.
It doesn't matter that she wrote it in the sand on Mission Beach, she has been writing it in my heart everyday for 30 years!

The Pregnant Raindrop
Right now we have 3 different opportunities that could each launch our work in Malawi into a whole other stratosphere. But we are in the development stages on all 3 and it is agonizing. You wait for calls, emails or conversations that will connect all the dots, everyday. It is exhausting at times. No, it is exhausting all the time.
But that is where faith comes in. That is where believing in things you cannot see, touch or feel before they actually exist. This is not daydreaming. It requires so much more energy that simple daydreaming. No this is the work of belief. This is the labor of vision.
How will this work out? I have no idea, but that will certainly not slow me down. That will not inspire me to shift my focus. That will not allow me to entertaining changing to a less challenging channel in my mind.
Is this how it is for you? Does anything consume you to this degree? Is there anything that you have held on to for this long?
We heard this week that Malaria is ravaging our villages. 800 people have been struck with it in the past few months and we have lost 10 pre-school children in recent days. See that is why we hold on. That is why we persevere. There is work to be done that is important work that cannot be put off for another generation to tackle. This work is ours, it is mine, make it yours.
These developments are like pregnant raindrops that have to reach their full size in order to burst. Believe with me that we will see a great soaking rain real soon.

The Idea of Co-Creation

"What is the most resilient parasite? A bacteria, a virus? An intestinal worm? An idea, resilient, highly contagious. Once an idea takes hold in the brain it is almost impossible to eradicate it. An idea that is fully formed, fully understood, that sticks. Right in there somewhere."
It is my hope and prayer that I am able to explain and demonstrate the amazing power and potential of Co-Creation in such a way that this infectious idea invades the hearts and minds of millions. This past week I was explaining some of the Co-Creation Principles to a traditional business. It was exciting to see their enthusiasm to see their life's work through new eyes.
My task in life to get people to see their world through new eyes, then choose to be someone new and dynamic. Then as a result of this transformation they will naturally learn to do what needs to be done to accomplish great things. I have always been wary of teachers who have broke life down into simple to do lists. Life is not so simple that just actions will make the necessary changes. We must have a fresh vision of our place in this world and choose to be someone greater. The doing is elementary at this point and will not need to be explained.
